As we accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you. We ask that you read and understand these terms and conditions. That they contain all that you want, in said agreement and nothing that you are not in agreement with.

Application
1. These Terms and Condition will apply to the purchase of goods by you (The Customer). We are Eastwood Precious Metals ltd. (EPM) A Company registered in England and Wales. Company number 10653331. 2. These are the Terms and Conditions on which we sell all goods to you. By ordering any Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Before placing an order on the website. You will be asked to agree with these Terms and Conditions by clicking a button marks as, "Accept". If you do not click this button, you will not be able to complete your order. You can only purchase the goods on this website, if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

Interpretation

The Customer: You, The Client

Distance contract: The Regulations define a 'distance contract' as "a contract concluded between a trader and a consumer under an organised distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded".

Quality Control: Every item of Goods dispatched, is subjected to quality control before leaving EPM.
Items returned to EPM will pass through the same process, this is part of EPM's aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

1. Conformity & Guarantee

1. EPM has a legal duty to supply the goods in conformity with the contract. Along with our aim of 100% customer satisfaction. upon delivery. the Goods will:
a) Be of satisfactory quality
b) Fit for purpose
c) Conform with description given

EPM will happily support the customer with sound advice on the care and maintenance of our products

2 Ordering

Please note: EPM does accept orders from beyond the UK. Please contact us for details.

3. Check you have the right information about product entered. e.g. Number of units, price
4. Enter voucher code if you have one
5. Enter country to be delivered to
6. Add any special requirements to your order notes
7. Fill in all the billing details
8. Agree to terms and conditions

10. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us, please check it, Any problems? Please contact us.
11. Should any issues arise with your order, you will be contacted, and the matters resolved. Should you have any Issues. This is the last point that any variation to order can be made.
12. You will receive notification of dispatch by email.
13. Delivery of goods will be 3 to 5 days by recorded delivery, unless otherwise specified (tracking of goods can be arranged)

3 The Goods

1. The descriptions of the goods are, as set out in the Website are for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in size and colour of the goods supplied
2. In the case of bespoke and commissioned goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate. In the creation of personal goods, Communication at every stage is needed to proceed, and will be expected.
3. All goods which appear on the website are subject to availability.
4. We can make changes to the goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirements. We will notify you of any changes.
5. Goods remain our property, and responsibility until delivery instructions has been completed, for your security and peace of mind.
6. Once delivery complete all responsibility and ownership transfers to you.

4 The Contract

1. The contract between, EPM and The Customer. Conforms with Government of the UK's guidelines for on-line and distance selling.
2. The display of goods or images on the website does not constitute a contract of sale.
3. A Contract is considered opened when you order is accepted by EPM. A confirmation e-mail will be sent. A Contract is considered Completed. Once physical delivery is made to you (or your nominee)
4. The Order process is set out both here and on the website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly. We accept no responsibility for errors made whilst ordering
5. Any Quotation is valid for a maximum of 5 days from its date, unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time. Should it affect you directly you will be informed
6. No variation of the contract whether about description of goods, fees or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into, Unless the variation is agreed to by the customer and EPM in writing.
7. Risk of damage to, or loss of, any goods pass to you when the goods are delivered to you, or your nominee. (delivery instruction details given on ordering, any variation must be agreed in writing before dispatch.)
8. You do not own the goods until:
a) we have received payment in full
b) The goods have been delivered
9 This contract can be ended by you or ourselves by:
a) cancellation by you (please read returns policy& right to cancel)
b) cancellation by us (we reserve the right to refuse orders without reservation)
c) threat of: war, civil unrest, terrorism, nuclear explosion, alien invasion, asteroid collision, or act of God.
d) Mutual agreement.

5 Price and Payment

1 The price of the goods and any standard delivery charges are set out on the website, Special delivery charges (such as outside the UK, or specific delivery instructions), can be arranged by contacting EPM. e-mail sales@eastwoodpreciousmetals.co.uk or telephoning 01323 479000.
2 You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your order and we can take payment immediately.
3 All Website payments are processed by: Paypal.com. Adding security and confidence to your purchasing experience.
4 Any other form of payment between the customer and EPM will be agreed in writing and receipt issued.

6 Delivery

1 Once your order has been accepted, we aim to dispatch within 3-5 days.
2 You will be sent by e-mail confirmation of dispatch. Please check the details
3 Special delivery arrangements can be put in place if required, and will be made in writing on ordering
4 Goods sent by courier will require a signature, and be insured to the value of Goods.
5 Goods will be delivered to the address specified on the order, any variation must be made in writing before dispatch.
6 On receipt of the goods, please inspect the goods as soon as reasonably possible, anything you are not 100% happy with, please contact us, customer satisfaction is very important to us, either by e-mail sales@eastwoodpreciousmetals.co.uk or directly on 01323 479000 between office hours (10am&4pm)

7 Returns Policy

1 Should you not be 100% satisfied with the goods, you must let us know immediately.
2 You have 14 days from date of physical delivery to you (or your nominee) to report and return the goods.
3 No returns will be accepted for:
a) Goods that are made to your own specifications or clearly personalized,
b) Earrings (unless broken or damaged Prior to delivery) for reasons of health and hygiene.
c) Goods have clearly been worn, used in any way, (beyond normal showroom purposes) or damaged. while in your possession. (The view of Quality Control will be final)

4 Once the goods are back in our possession and been assessed by Quality Control. We Will contact you to discuss any remuneration and refund.
5 Our Aim is 100% Customer Satisfaction. To achieve this communication between EPM and the Customer must flow.

8 Right to Cancel

1 In accordance with the creation of a Distance Contract, you can cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2 The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you (or your nominee), acquires physical possession of the last of the goods.
3 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by clear statement setting out your decision (a letter sent by post, e-mail) in any event you must be able to show clear evidence of when the cancellation was made.
4 You can cancel your order directly at sales@eastwoodpreciousmetals.co.uk please state the following;
a) Name and address
b) Order/invoice number
c) Intention to cancel order
d) Delivery date you received the goods

A confirmation email will be sent without delay.

5 To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your intention to exercise the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

9 Effects of cancellation in the cancellation period

1 if you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, (Subject to Returns policy) inclusive of any delivery charge payed by you to us. Except for special delivery requirements authorised by you at point of order.

10 Personal Information

1 We Retain and use all information strictly under the privacy policy.
2 We may contact you by using E-mail or any other communication methods and by pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this.

11 Privacy policy

1 Information held on consumers, in relation to their personal web account is volunteered by the customer, all precautions will be made to protect this information (Please contact EPM: 01323 479000 or sales@eastowoodpreciousmetals.co.uk to be given the details)
2 Any sensitive or financial information disclosed to us will, upon used for purpose be destroyed.
3 Any payment made via website will be handled by Paypal.com. Adding security and confidence to your purchase from EPM
4 No personal information will be shared with any third parties.

12 Jurisdiction and law

1 The Contract, Terms and Conditions and business dealings of EPM ltd. Submit to the laws of England and Wales.
2 Disputes can be submitted to the Jurisdiction of courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland and Northern Ireland.
3 Any dispute with customers will be dealt with By:
a) Making sure lines of communication remain open
b) Offering a solution within 5 working days of compliant.
c) Face to face meeting to discuss the problem.
d) Prepared to work with independent body (e.g. the British Jewellery Association) If an independent professional opinion will help resolve the matter.
