we follow a strict five point system, in which the client can have confidence and security.

First: book an appointment so that the item is assessed, allowing the problem to be identified.

Second: Discuss the options and estimated costs involved. Client consent is required to proceed. (a deposit may be required)

Third: opening of a file and issuing a receipt for repair. (an open file allows us to track the item from first appointment to return to client)

Forth: The client is contacted with the quote of cost. along with any risk or unforeseen problems. once again the client consent is required to proceed.

Fifth: Once the work is completed, quality control is applied. Once approved, the client will be contacted and appointment made.
